Dean Young, President/Operator

Dean is an Arizona native with deep family ties to Arizona heritage and establishment. As a well-known face in the Arizona building industry for over 37 years, he is often called upon to provide expert witness testimony and to serve as an arbitrator in building-industry disputes and material failures. Dean has been involved with many civic volunteer construction projects offering his time and talents, and has often donated to Habitat for Humanities, Women’s shelters, and Family shelters.

Shad Beavers, General Counsel

Shad brings nearly 20 years of leadership and legal experience to Envy. As General Counsel, Shad implements best practices and delivers an energetic, results-driven attitude to the organization. His education includes a Juris Doctorate and an MBA. Prior to joining the Envy team, he was the legal counsel of a technology company, and he is a veteran of the United States Army. Shad is a native of Arizona and serves as a Board Member of the Arizona Chapter of the American Subcontractor Association.

Landon "Lando" McKown, Operations Manager

Landon has worked extensively in the property damage restoration industry for over 20 years and holds many certifications with the I.I.C.R.C. He has also been through a 40-hour intensive adjuster training course. Landon has worked and managed the damage restoration, temporary repairs, rebuild, and billing on residential, commercial, and government jobs while working side by side with independent and staff adjusters for many years.

Kevin Casey, Construction Manager/Estimator

Kevin brings over 31 years of commercial and residential construction experience to the Envy team. As Construction Manager and Estimator for Envy, he ensures that projects are completed promptly and within workmanship standards. Prior to joining Envy, Kevin assisted the construction supervision of a 72-room hotel in Glenwood Springs, Colorado, and 80 condominiums at Snowmass Ski Village outside of Aspen, Colorado.   Kevin also has an extensive background in structural concrete repair.  His education includes a Bachelor’s degree in construction management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.

Nick Moltz, Estimator

Nick brings nearly 15 years of construction experience to Envy. Prior to becoming an estimator for the Envy team, Nick was a Superintendent for D.R. Horton Homes and responsible for the overall construction performance of multiple residential subdivisions. His education includes a Bachelor's degree from Colorado State University, and he enjoys good food and spending his time outdoors.

Kevin Suh, Mitigation Estimator

Kevin brings over a decade of estimating experience to Envy Restoration. As a highly skilled mitigation estimator, he develops accurate representations of services performed based on industry standards and insurance requirements. Kevin is a great team player and strives to maintain a detail-oriented attitude. In his spare time, Kevin enjoys working with electronics and programming.

Pam Lander, Office Manager

Pam is a spunky Arizona native who loves to help others. She provides administrative support in the office and oversees Envy's Contents team to ensure that our customers' belongings are always handled with great care. She received her Associate's degree in Business with an emphasis on Accounting and enjoys spending her free time with her family.

Jordan Young, Electrical Division Manager

Jordan brings a unique set of skills to the Envy team. As the qualifying party for Envy’s electrical contracting license he is able to oversee any and all electrical projects from residential repairs to large commercial restoration and new-build construction projects. Jordan completed his education in Electro-Mechanical Technologies and met all the requirements to become a licensed electrical contractor by age 23. Since then he has managed the growing electrical division within Envy. Jordan enjoys his job with Envy and spending time at the gym.
