I placed a call to envy due to water damage in our kitchen due to a leak in the line from the refrigerator to the osmosis under the sink the very next day they arrived and started the process. The crew of 5 arrived and started working at 7:30 am. We had a total remodel. They called every day to give us updates and let us know who would be here the next day. Everyone was very professional, neat, polite and cleaned everything up every day. It took a month from start to finish but the Waite was very much worth it. There is not one flaw from the floor to the ceiling. They worked three evenings till 8:30 because they are such perfection orientated.

Couldn't have been more pleased with the great folks over at Envy Restoration and Construction.  Truly amazing.  A leaky pipe inside my wall damaged both my master bedroom and half of my kitchen which ended up also being an asbestos problem in the drywall. Interestingly, Envy was recommended for a bathroom project we needed done. They were very responsive, but we went with someone else. When we woke up to find over an inch of water on our brand new hardwood floors after the large storm I called them immediately. Even though they were busy with all of the other emergency services they were able to make it to us within hours. They assessed the damage and started to dry the floors and drywall immediately. We had dehumidifiers, air movers and drying mats for over a week. Each day someone from Envy came to check-in on the progress, take moisture readings and adjust equipment as needed. They were informative and helpful. Dean was wonderful and went above and beyond to let us know what was going on and what we could expect. They were able to save the floors we had just finished putting in 2 months before! Envy was there when we really needed them and we are very grateful for all they did. They will be my first call for any restoration services we might need in the future. (Given our experience, I will also consider them for future construction projects as well).

Envy was recommended to me for repair of water damage. My water softener sprung a leak while I was away for the weekend, and water ran into the house. It soaked the sheetrock in two rooms, destroyed the carpet, baseboards, etc. ServiceMaster removed the water and got everything dried out, and Envy came to replace sheetrock, baseboards, paint the rooms, and installed tile in the office. They did the work promptly and in time for me to host family for the Christmas holiday. I am extremely please with the quality of the job.

I recently had water damage in a condo property I own in Scottsdale. I worked with Envy Restoration through the process of completing all the renovation repairs from Asbestos Abatement, cabinet removal and replacement, drywall, repainting, and a pack out.
